Atlanta South Rental Homes, DBA “Gatekeeper,” was established in 1986 as a full-service residential property management company. The company specializes in gatekeeper management, offering comprehensive property management services in Peachtree City and specific counties and areas south of Atlanta. Our services include marketing houses, screening tenants, leasing, collecting rent, accounting, direct deposit to owners, communications, maintenance, handling complaints/problems, late rent, and evictions if needed, taking care of property between tenants, and all other facets of residential Gatekeeper Properties. We also buy real estate and sell through lease purchase as well as traditional mortgage bank financed sales.

About The Owner
The owner, Brett Vincent, purchased the company in 2002 and has since grown it from managing 60 properties to well over 500 properties. Brett is a full-time real estate investor and a very hands-on business owner. He previously spent 16 years in the paper industry as a mechanical engineer and operations manager with companies including Proctor & Gamble, Kimberly Clark, and Avery Dennison Corporations. Brett is married with 2 teenage girls, is a 20-year volunteer church youth counselor, and a private pilot. He is also active in the Fayette County Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and PowerCore networking group.
Experienced and Skilled Staff
Candace Peterson is the Office Manager and has been with the company since 2010. Randy Rawlings, with years of real estate experience, is Broker and Sales Agent for our tenants and homeowners. Our staff includes Donna Pasto (Assistant Office Manager), Mike Warren (Property Maintenance Manager), Nathalie Farr (Property Maintenance Administrator), Pamela Dowda (Office Assistant), Susan Davis (Office Assistant), Kim Freeman (Resident Accountant), and Nancy Brunskole (Property Accountant). We also engage a network of internal maintenance staff and external contractors for maintenance and cleaning services. These vendors all compete for our business.
